Scuba Diving
The rocky shores of South West Anglesey offer some of the best diving in the U.K. There is an abundance of wildlife and many wrecks to visit, even in shallow waters. Shore and boat diving suit all levels of experience. Many sites have easy access, safe shallow water and plenty to see whilst others offer some of the most challenging dives in the country, all within easy reach. Visibility can be outstanding by U.K. standards - all the pictures on this page were taken locally.
Cable Bay is an excellent novice dive, with ample parking, easy access and safe conditions. The right hand side has rocky scenery and plenty of life with a max. depth of approx. 8 metres.

Boat Diving
Boat diving can be extremely rewarding, especially if local knowledge is sought - there are plenty of people to ask. Whatever level of experience you have, Rhosneigr will be able to cater for you.

The rocks and cliffs around this stretch of coastline give divers a great choice of sites, all teeming with life.

The clipper "Norman Court" lies in shallow water in Rhosneigr bay. It makes for an interesting boat dive - but please don't disturb the wreck!
